Yes. You can easily cancel your account or subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, though no refunds are provided for pro-rated periods.
The time it takes to scan your site depends on the size and complexity of your site's structure. For big sites it may take up to 24 hs to scan all of your pages, so please be patient.
Our crawler honors robots.txt directives. In case your have a robots.txt file with a "disallow" directive, our crawler will not scan any of your site's pages. If you wish to grant access to our crawler, please include the following in your robots.txt file:
We try really hard not to load your server with the crawling process. When you setup your account, you will be able to choose the crawling speed for each of your sites. That way, you can control how much load we are putting into your servers.
Right now we are able to audit tags from several tools. Check our tag list for more information.
Yes. You can enter either your Google Analytics tracking ID (such as UA-123456-7) or your Google Tag Manager ID (like GTM-ABCD). We will add the ability to validate tags from other tools in the future.
Yes. You can now track if your ComScore Tags are installed in all of your pages. You just need to know your "c2=xxxxx" parameter.
You will be able to see how many pages are tagged, how many pages have a wrong tag ID and how many pages don't have a tag at all. Also you can heck for missing pages (404 errors) or server errors (500 errors).
Yes. You can export our reports in CSV (comma separated values) or TSV (tab separated values) format and open them in Excel or any other spreadsheet.
Just login to your account and go to Account settings. You will be able to upgrade your plan from there.
Our system scans all the sites in your account periodically (mostly once every week) but we also offer the ability to manually scan a specific site only for paid plans. If you wish to upgrade your plan you can do so from your account.
